Hamish founded CPP in 1980. Becoming Non-Executive Chairman in 1999, Hamish continues to be involved in defining the strategic objectives and direction of the company.

Colin Lloyd, Non-Executive Director


Colin Lloyd, Non-Executive Director

Colin is current Chairman of the Fundraising Standards Board, the UK government funded self regulatory body for the charity sector. He is also past President of the Direct Marketing Association (UK), Chairman of the Telephone Preference Service, President of the Institute of Sales Promotion and Non-Executive Chairman of Motivcom Plc and Interactive Prospect Targeting Plc. In 1970 Colin founded KLP Group Plc, which became the largest promotion marketing services company in the world.

Peter Morgan, Non-Executive Director


Peter Morgan, Non-Executive Director

Peter is a Chartered Accountant and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. Until 2003 he was a partner in Deloitte and Touche dealing predominantly with entrepreneurial high-growth businesses, many of which were private-equity backed or had public listings. During his career Peter was also responsible for managing the London audit and assurance department, chairing a committee overseeing the firm's technical and training functions and for developing the marketing activity for rapidly growing companies.

Tim Kelly, Non-Executive Director


Tim Kelly, Non-Executive Director

Tim is Chairman of the Group Remuneration Committee and is a sales and marketing professional with experience in numerous markets around the world. He has worked for many leading companies including Unilever, Coca Cola and Diageo. Tim was COO for RHM from 2003 to 2007 and part of the management team that took the company from Private Equity to a successful IPO in 2006. Tim is now COO for Premier Foods, the UK's largest food company who acquired RHM in 2007.

Eric Woolley, Group Chief Executive


Eric Woolley, Group Chief Executive

As Group Chief Executive, Eric is responsible for developing and executing the Group's business strategy across Europe, North America and Asia. Eric joined CPP in 2003 from an oil services company, Expro International Group Plc, where he was Group Finance Director. Prior to this, Eric was Group Finance Director of Vp Plc. Before working in industry, Eric spent several years with Credit Suisse First Boston where he was Vice President - Mergers & Acquisitions.

Shaun Parker, Group Finance Directors
Shaun Parker, Group Finance Director

Shaun is responsible for the Group's Finance and Legal/Compliance functions. Prior to joining CPP in 2003 Shaun worked for a number of blue chip organisations including ICI Plc, Mars Inc. (Pedigree Petfoods) and Diageo Plc where he was CFO Guinness North America prior to leading the cross-functional team that completed the integration of the Seagram Wines and Spirits business. Shaun has extensive international experience gained in the UK as well as working in Germany and the USA.

Stephen Kennedy, Managing Director, Northern Europe


Stephen Kennedy, Managing Director, Northern Europe

Stephen is responsible for the performance of the UK business as well as the development of the German and Turkish markets. He joined CPP in February 2005 from HFC Bank where he was a Director of several business units ranging from Branch Networks both in the UK and Europe to, more latterly, Lending and Central Sales Operations which included Hamilton Direct Bank, Marbles Loans and all group telemarketing activities.

Neil Hamilton, Group IT and Business Services Director

Neil Hamilton, Group IT and Business Services Director

Since joining CPP in 2002, Neil has been responsible for the definition and implementation of a new IT platform capable of meeting the Group's ambitious growth plans. Prior to joining CPP, Neil was the Group IT Director for the Business Process Outsourcing division of Hays Group Plc. Before Hays, Neil was Head of IT Services for Perot Systems and has held a variety of other IT management positions.

Kevin Fisher, Group HR Director

Kevin Fisher, Group HR Director

Kevin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and joined CPP in 1996. Kevin's HR experience, which has been gained across a number of UK industry sectors has contributed to the rapid growth across CPP, which has seen employee numbers increase from 260 to 1,500 and seen its operations expand from four to 12 countries today. As Group HR Director, he is responsible for securing both the immediate and long-term strategic people capability of the business.

Tim Haig, UK Sales Director

Tim joined CPP in 2006 from Experian, where he served as the Director of Operations and Service. He oversees all aspects of CPP's sales in the UK and is steadfastly anti-hard sell, choosing instead to listen to customers in order to identify and address their needs.

Richard Coates, Strategic Marketing Director
Richard Coates, Strategic Marketing Director

Richard has led the marketing function at CPP for the last four years. Prior to joining CPP, Richard was Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning with a major hotel brand and previously at a number of high-profile US owned marketing agencies. Richard's responsibilities extend across corporate strategy, business planning, brand strategy, portfolio product, channel and market development. He has an MBA from Leeds University Business School.

Jason Walsh, General Manager
Jason Walsh, General Manager CPP Group Plc

Jason joined CPP in 2002 and has held a variety of product and business management roles before becoming Product Director in 2005 and then General Manager in 2006. He is responsible for the overall strategy, operational effectiveness and business performance of the UK card protection, identity protection and money protection areas of the business. This involves overseeing the introduction of new products to CPP and ensuring current products are still effective and compliant. Prior to joining CPP, Jason worked in a variety of consumer finance roles for HBOS within the credit card and personal lending business.

Annette Petchey, General Manager
Annette Petchey, General Manager CPP Group Plc

Annette joined CPP early in 2007 as one of two General Managers (the other being Jason Walsh). She is responsible for the overall strategy, operational effectiveness and business performance of the UK phone, packaged account and insurance business. This involves overseeing the introduction of new products to CPP and ensuring current products are still effective, compliant and meet the needs of CPP business partners and customers. Prior to joining CPP, Annette has led general insurance and life assurance businesses in The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, National Australia Bank Group and Virgin.

Mike Kneafsey, Group Consumer Sales and Services Director

Mike Kneafsey, Group Consumer Sales and Services Director

Mike has more than 20 years' experience of sales and marketing in the Financial Services industry. Before joining CPP he was Regional Managing Director for retail banking at Barclays Plc in the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, leading a team of 5,000 staff. Previously Mike spent 17 years at HSBC, holding senior-management positions in its branch and contact centre businesses and with First Direct, before becoming Sales and Service Director for M&S Money.
