CPP Card Protection provides your customers with:
- 24/7 worldwide loss reporting and card replacement service
- Insurance cover both prior and after notification worth up to a maximum of £100,000
- Up to £3,000 emergency cash advance
- Unique key tag and retrieval service
- Replacement cover for valuable documents and handbag/wallet
- Fraud prevention through CIFAS (CIFAS, the UK's Fraud Prevention Service, is a not-for-profit association used by the majority of the UK's financial services companies to prevent fraud)
CPP Card Protection covers the policy holder and up to 4 other people in the household. Cost to your customer: from £20.00 a year.
Card Activation
Customers enjoy the extra security and fraud prevention benefits, whilst you earn incremental revenue from relevant products sold during the activation call. Here's how one of our card activation options works:
- Credit and debit cards arrive to the customer inactive
- Customer is instructed to call to activate the card
- A CPP customer service advisor activates the customer's card via your customer system
- A relevant value add product is sold to the customer at this point in the call
- You earn commission on year 1 and subsequent years.

Identity Protection Alert
If your customer has their identity stolen they don’t just lose money, it could also damage their credit rating and personal reputation. As a company you can demonstrate your awareness of the growing issue of identity theft and add value by providing protection and a personal resolution service for your customers.
CPP's Identity Protection Alert reduces the chances of identity theft by alerting customers of any changes to their credit status and online identity, whilst providing expertise to help restore their identity should they become a victim:
