Understanding your customer lifecycle

 

In order to develop the most effective solution, CPP needs to understand your customers' lifecycle.

 

Working with you we will list the various processes undertaken across the whole of the customer's lifecycle. These activities are typically categorised in the following groups:

  • Acquisition
  • Service and billing
  • Retention

Each category is then analysed to identify which process can be either modified or enhanced by introducing a CPP product or service. An example of this is the 'card activation' process for a card issuer. CPP successfully markets its Card Protection and Identity Protection products during this process for many of the UK's card issuers.
